The Dashboard is your home base in the seventhings inventory manager. It shows you which features are available and where.
Top section: You'll see right away how many objects, locations, and people are currently being managed. Yellow bars show how many tasks you have in management (depending on whether you have task management permissions) or how many reservations are still open.
Favorite filters: You can display various filters as favorites on the dashboard, letting you see how many of your objects currently fall into each filter (e.g., how many objects were edited today).
Search bar: Below that is the quick search bar, which takes you directly to the object list.
Status & categories: You can see how the statuses of your objects are distributed and which categories are active.
Assigned objects & tasks: You can see which objects are assigned to you, along with your tasks.
Recent activity: Scrolling down shows who most recently made which changes in the inventory manager.
