How do I use points?
When you use our AI features—such as Intelligent Search, automatic categorization, creating new objects with AI, or automatically mapping import templates—you use up your seventhings points.
Where can I see my balance?
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Then select seventhings points on the left. Here you can see when and how your points were used, as well as your current balance.
How do I get points?
The first time you use an AI feature, you receive 100 points once.
If you need more points, your admin—or any other user with the Manage system points permission—can assign points to you.
How will I know when I’m running low on points?
When your balance drops to 20 points, and later to 10 points, both you and the administrator will receive a notification. Contact the administrator to get more points.
