With our intelligent AI assistant, you can now manage your object category automatically. Our system recognizes the name of your item and independently assigns it the matching category from your own specifications.
Note:
To use this time-saving feature, the AI Assistant must be enabled in your instance. If this feature is not yet available in your package, please feel free to contact us.
First, navigate to your objects list. Click Add to create a new object.
Now enter the name of your item in the Name field. You can write the term in German or English – our AI assistant understands both languages. Make sure the Category field is set to Select value. The automation deliberately only kicks in when the category field is empty, so that we never overwrite the manual assignments you've already made. To start the category selection, click on any area outside the Name field.
The AI assistant now directly matches your entered designation against your individual categories. You can recognize the AI's work by the blue star symbol to the right of the category field.
If you prefer a different category than the one suggested, you can change it at any time manually via the dropdown menu.
Advise:
To improve the quality of your data, you can, of course, also use this feature for existing inventories. Make sure that ‘Select value’ is displayed in the Category field. Then click in the (already filled) Name field and subsequently click anywhere outside this field. The AI will now suggest a suitable category.
