This feature helps users in the web application populate the fields for new objects from text or human speech.
How does AI-assisted object creation work?
Enter text into the AI input field that describes the object, its acquisition cost, acquisition date, and other information. The more information you provide, the more completely the data record will be filled.
Instead of pasting text, you can also press the microphone icon, speak the description and all information. During this time, the microphone icon will pulsate to indicate that audio recording is in progress. Once you have finished speaking, press the microphone again. Your recording will be converted into text.
Now, press the AI button. After a short time, the text will be intelligently distributed to the fields in the detail view.
If you want to add more information, you can either do so in the text line at the very top and trigger the AI assistance again, or directly enter the information into the fields.
Is there a limit to how many objects I can create with AI?
Yes, the creation of objects with AI assistance is limited. It is based on our unit, seventhings points. Under User Settings (top right) > seventhings Points, you can see your points and their consumption. Points are refilled at the end of each month.
