Normally, you have to set field, operator, and value individually for every search. The Intelligent Search puts an end to that: you simply describe what you're looking for in your own words – and seventhings automatically creates the matching filters from it.

To use this time-saving feature, the AI Assistant must be enabled in your instance. If this feature is not yet available in your package, please feel free to contact us.
In the main menu, first click on Objects and then on the quick search bar.
Next to the Quick Search and Advanced Search, you'll find the Intelligent Search above the search field. Click on it.
Type your search query into the input field. Freely formulate what you're looking for – for example: "Give me all furniture that costs more than 500 euros." Press Enter or click Create filter. Alternatively, tap the microphone icon on the right and speak your query.
The Intelligent Search now creates matching filters. These appear below the input field – built from field, operator, and value, in the same style as in the Advanced Search. In the example, the filters Category = Furniture and Price > €500 are created. You can now individually fine-tune the suggested filters. If you're satisfied, click Search to apply the filters to your objects. With Reset you remove all filters and start over.
The matching objects are now displayed. If you want to filter again, click on the search bar at the top and start from scratch or with a modified search.
