Your instance receives new seventhings points once a month, provided certain conditions are met. Find out here what requirements need to be fulfilled.
On the first day of each month, the system checks whether your instance will receive points. Three conditions must be met: the AI Assistant feature must be active, and at least one user must have used points during the previous month. In addition, the instance balance must be below 1,725 points.
If all conditions are met, the system adds 1,725 points. For example, if your instance has 100 points left, the balance will be 1,825 points after the top-up. If the instance balance is already 1,725 points or more, no top-up is made.
The monthly top-up increases only the instance balance. Your personal balance is not topped up automatically. If you need more points yourself, please ask your administrator, for example, to transfer some to you. If your instance’s balance is used up, contact seventhings Support.
