Filters help you keep track of things in the objects list. If you regularly use a particular filter combination, you can save it and apply it again later with a single click.

First, search for your desired criteria in the objects list. If you don't yet know how to filter objects, you can find more information in the article: "How do I use advanced search?"

Then click the My Searches button to the right of the search bar.

In the next step, enter a name for your filter or search parameters in the empty field at the bottom. Then click Add to save the filter.

If you want to use the filter again later, open My Searches again and click the corresponding name. The saved filter combination will be applied directly to your objects list.

Tip:
Have your saved filter displayed on the dashboard for quick access. Find out here how to do that!

If you want to edit a saved search, go to the Objects menu and open My Searches. Use the pencil icon to change the name of your search.

If you'd rather change your search parameters, delete your existing search by first clicking the pencil icon, then the trash icon. Then create a new search as described above.
