The advanced Search is a powerful tool that significantly simplifies your work with assets.
To use it, first open the asset overview via the menu bar. From here, there are two ways:
Option 1: Simply click on the name of the desired column to open the advanced Search directly for this field. The column name will then be automatically applied as the search field:
Option 2: First click into the Quick search bar and then on advanced Search:
You can then select the desired search field from the dropdown menu:
Once you have the advanced Search mask open, you can adjust the filter options depending on the search field you selected:
And depending on the field type being searched, you can also select the corresponding answer options:
You can filter by multiple properties in the exact same way. Simply select your desired properties via additional Filter to search across multiple columns.

Now click on Search to display the results.
Tip:
You can also save your selected filters and display them on your dashboard.
