In addition to the classic list view, the reservation overview also offers a calendar view. This way, you can see at a glance which items are reserved or already checked out on which days.
First click on Objects and then open Reservations. In the top right corner, you'll find an icon that lets you switch between List and Calendar. The icon shown is always the one for the view you can switch to. So if you're in the list view, you'll see a calendar icon, and if you're in the calendar view, you'll see the list icon.
The calendar view always shows a full month, and the current day is highlighted in color so you can orient yourself immediately. Each reservation appears as a continuous bar spanning its entire booking period – including across weekends and month boundaries. The bar shows the title of the rental and is colored according to the respective status. The five statuses – Requested, Confirmed, Pickup overdue, Borrowed and Return overdue – are displayed as a legend to the right above the calendar for better overview. Above the legend, you'll also find the Open/Done toggle switch. With this, you can choose to display either upcoming or already completed reservations in the calendar.
Per day, the calendar displays a maximum of four reservations directly. If there are more than four entries on a day, a "+ X more" indicator appears in that day. Clicking the + X more row opens a side panel. There you'll find all reservations that include the clicked day, with all details.
By clicking into the search bar, you can – just as in the list view – search your reservations by various criteria.
Note:
If the current month does not yield any results based on your search criteria, the view will automatically jump to the next month in which there is a matching booking. This means you’ll never be faced with a blank calendar page.
With a click on the list icon, you can return to the list view of your reservations at any time.
