Plans can change – and with them, scheduled reservations. For example, a colleague might extend the rental duration of a laptop. To help you track such changes among a large number of rental processes, there is the history function. Here you can see immediately the exact time of each adjustment, as well as the name of the person responsible for it.

First, navigate via Assets to your reservations overview. Find the relevant reservation there and open it using the pencil icon.

In the top right corner of the task, you will see the three-dot menu. Click on it and select History.

Now, the window with the history of the reservation opens. The layout is similar to your familiar asset history. You will see all changes listed one below the other without having to filter by date. You also see the name of the person who made the change and see the specific information that was modified.

Do you find our rental management system interesting? If so, find out here how to use it and where you can manage all your rentals.
