Always keep track of your rented items. With the targeted search, you can find any rental in seconds. This saves you valuable time in your daily work routine and ensures the smooth handover of your assets.
To open the rental management, go to Reservations via Objects in the menu bar.
Note:
If you have the Rental Management permission in your profile, you will be able to view all bookings made here. Without this permission, you will only be able to view your own bookings here. Your administrator can grant you any permissions you are missing.
If you are looking for a very specific booking, click on the column header of the column you want to search.
Now select the search parameters and enter your keyword. If required, click on Additional filter to add further columns for a combined search. Finally, click on Search.
The system filters the list immediately:
