Using the product catalog, you can copy details from a similar object in the app instead of entering them again. This saves time and keeps the data for identical objects consistent.
Open Scan mode in the app. Select Objects and scan the object label.
Select the Copy icon.
The product catalog will open. Select the entry you want, or use Search to find the right one.
You’re now viewing the new object, with details already filled in from the catalog entry. To change any of them, tap the relevant object field. Tap Save to save the object.
Important:
You must first create the individual product catalog entries in the web app before you can use them on your smartphone.
