Don’t worry if you forget your password: We will get you back into your account quickly. With just a few clicks, you can securely reset your password and regain full access to your inventory data right away.
First, go to your seventhings login page. Directly below the input field for your password, you will find the link Forgot password?. Click on this button to start the recovery process.
In the next window, enter your email address and click Send. Make sure to use the address associated with your seventhings account.
Shortly after, you will receive an email from us in your inbox. Click on the link Change password contained in the message. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, please take a look at your spam folder just in case.
The link will direct you to a page in your browser. Enter your new password here and repeat it in the second field to rule out any typos. As soon as you click Save, your new password is active.
Your access is now restored. You can log in to the web platform or the app with your email address and your new password and continue with your inventory tasks.
