Downloading your asset list gives you full control over your data at all times. Whether you need an Excel evaluation, want to transfer data to third-party systems, or need to print handover documents as PDFs: You can export your assets in the exact format you need in just a few clicks.

Option 1: Download directly from the asset list

The quickest way to download your objects is to use the download function in the top right-hand corner of the object list. Click on it and then select the file format that suits you best. You can download your inventories as CSV, Excel or PDF files.

  • CSV: For further processing in various third-party programmes.

  • Excel: For analysis, complex filtering or further calculations.

  • PDF: Download forms and reports, including inventory images. Find out here how to configure these.

Important:

The download always applies your currently active filters. Only the assets visible in your filtered list view will be exported.

Option 2: Export via the integrations section

Alternatively, you can use the integrations section for more comprehensive data exports. Go to Integrations in the menu bar to manage and run your custom export templates for assets.
