If you want to search for several different terms at once within text fields, you can do so using a simple trick in the Advanced Search.

For example, if you want to find all monitors, screens, and displays in the Name column at the same time, first open the Advanced Search for that specific field.

Enter your first search term and separate each additional term with two vertical bars ||. For instance, you would type "Monitor||Screen||Display" into the search field.

Note:

ou can create the vertical bar on Windows using the shortcut Alt Gr + < and on macOS using Option (⌥) + 7.

Once you click Search, the system will display all assets that contain at least one of these terms.
