In seventhings, you always keep full visibility over your booked subscription scope. Usage limits provide complete transparency regarding the number of your active objects, locations, and users. This helps you identify early on when your workspace approaches a limit or when upgrading your plan is recommended.
To get started, navigate to Settings > System in the web app. Here you can instantly see all limits configured for your workspace along with your current usage numbers at a glance. If the bars are green, your instance still has spare capacity.
If the usage limit is reached in any of the three areas, the bar turns red.
If a limit is reached, the ‘Add’ button in the relevant menu will be greyed out, meaning you cannot add any new items. If you hover your mouse over the button, a tooltip will appear showing the exact limit and a note stating that you can either delete any entries you no longer need or contact our support team.
If you carry out a CSV import whilst a limit is in place, the system checks each row individually. seventhings automatically skips any records that would exceed the limit and alerts you to this in the results report with an error message.
Tip:
If you need more capacity for your inventories, locations or users, please contact support@seventhings.com to have your limit increased on a flexible basis.
