Old and new app
If you've been a customer with us for a while, you'll be familiar with the app with the white icon. Especially if you want to scan without an internet connection, this app is your perfect tool. That's why we've renamed it seventhings Offline Mode.
However, since we at seventhings stand for continuous development, there is now a new app: the seventhings app. Our new app can already do more than the old one. Among other things, you can now set and manage tasks directly in the app or sign PDF documents. You can recognize the new app by the blue icon.
Switching to the new app
The best way to proceed is as follows:
Download our new app from the Apple App Store or Google Playstore. We explain how to do this here: How do I download the seventhings app?
Then simply log in to the new app with your login details. We also have an explanation for this: How can I log in to the app?
If you occasionally have no connection to the internet, we recommend that you keep the seventhings Offline Mode app installed at the same time. If you always have an internet connection, you can delete it.
