How can I trigger the synchronization in the app?

Data synchronisation takes place live, so your data between the seventhings app and the software (server) is always up to date.

A continuous internet connection is crucial for successful data synchronisation, so please ensure this is the case.

seventhings offline mode (white symbol)

To keep your data between the seventhings app and the software (server) always up to date, you can initiate a data synchronization.

And this is how it works:

  • Log in to your app, make your room pre-selection and navigate to the settings

  • Select 'Status' and then click 'Import all from server'
