Just like the objects menu, you can also customize the rooms menu to include exactly the information you need.

This is how it works:
Go to the Settings menu, "Field definition (rooms)"
Click the Create Field button
Select the appropriate field type that you want to include
Note:
To see an explanation of the individual field types, move the mouse over the relevant field and a mouse-over will appear.
Enter a field name and select your options
Complete the entry by clicking on Create field
