Create a User-Field:
Navigate to "Settings", "Field Definition (Objects)", "Create Field" and to the field type "User".
Important:
The user information in this field is generated from the users created in the system. This means that only users who have a user account within seventhings will appear in this list.
2. Option
Create a Dropdown-Field:
Navigate to "Settings", "Field Definition (Objects)", "Create" and the field type "Dropdown".
Here you got the option of making a list of your employees, regardless of the users you have created in the system:
Note:
We recommend that you list your entries alphabetically in the drop-down field. This will save you searching through the list.
Please also avoid empty rows
Just end each entry with a new line using the 'Enter' button
make sure there is no empty row after the last dropdown element, otherwise it will be selectable during the dropdown selection
