You can use the preselection to set the default room and location for all subsequently scanned inventories. We show you how to set other fields via the preselection here:
Open the seventhings App and log in.
Navigate to the scan mode.
Click on "Edit" next to "Your selection".
Choose the field(s) you want to use for your pre-selection.
Click on "Save".
Please note that the settings are saved per user. If you want every employee to use the same fields in the preselection, you should configure the settings together with them in advance of the inventory.
